6 weeks on and it’s still not been delivered or an update provided. Phoned numerous times and unable to give an ETA. Also unable to cancel via my account online: ‘due to the speed that we package and despatch orders’.

Same as underzzzzzzzz.... my son ordered from very this morning (middle of the night really), they’ve taken his money but the order now says out of stock. Really bad... 👎

Is anyone having any luck with this today? They've been on for preorder 4x today, mine was confirmed at 10am then cancelled yet they have listed them 3 more times since!

I managed to place an order this morning, not had it cancelled yet, how were you told the order was cancelled for you? I have noticed that Lay Z have suspended all sales on their site till 8th June, hoping mines goes through not that i will be able to use it till i get chemicals from somewhere

Mine not due till 6th july. But the range physical stores i believe some have tablets and starter kits for for chemicals.

Managed to place order, not due until 6th July, didn't get a confirmation email but shows in order history on Very site as 'order being processed'. I expect Lay z spa will release way more towards end of month via lots of retailers with the same release date as we are all getting now. So ultimately suspect no one is getting this model any sooner by securing order now than later. Anyone know why such a long wait? Surely a manufacturering/supply chain issue due to cv19 and not just demand outstripping normal supply!

I ordered on 20th April when it said in stock delivery 27th April. The status still says ‘Order being processed’. Never received an email confirmation. When I called Very they said they were expecting stock 15-18th May... I’m still waiting.

You are correct stock came in for this product on 16th, I ordered mine at the start of month and due to be delivered early next week.

So I ordered it one in the middle of the night when I was alerted that stock was available. No they have cancelled. They’ve already taken the money from my bank, is there anything I can do to make them reinstate the order?

I really want this hot tub but can’t bring myself to place yet another order with Very after they have cancelled 3 orders on me! That wouldn’t be so bad of the money was refunded straight away but as with so many others they keep the money for 5 days before refunding!!!! Truly awful company.
