Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. Thanks - managed to get one for delivery in about 3 weeks - hopefully! Bit of a bummer about the £20 delivery cost though

I ordered one on the 20/04, was due to be delivered yesterday between 6.30-8.30am, so got up really early to be organised only to receive a text off the courier around 11am to say that they hadn’t received the spa off the supplier to deliver it. Checked the order status on Very and it’s gone from being with the courier to awaiting stock, I’m not impressed. I’ve also noticed that despite not fulfilling orders that are already placed, they are continuing to take pre-orders on and off throughout the day. They need to be sorting out the customers that they’ve already taken money off before committing to more orders 🙄😡
