Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. They have just done the same to me sent me a confirmation email then another email saying not available and money will be put back into my account overnight as I did it through 12 month cr*dit can't contact them to see what is going on x by

Exact same happened to us. Ordered and paid in full on 11th Aug. No email or phone call to tell us but hubby logged into his account and saw the order had been cancelled with no mention of a refund or explanation as to why the order had been cancelled 😤

Be aware, it appears Very are just trying to get people to open cr*dit accounts and then cancelling the pre orders!!! A complain has been raised and also reported through resolver

4 times now I’ve been on and ordered this and each time they’ve cancelled my order the next day. Transaction for payment has gone through each time but they’ve also processed refunds. I’m actually still waiting for them to contact me, get an email with my order confirmation and then nothing else, I only know their cancelling them by logging in to my account and checking it the next day, Very are going to lose a lot of customers through all this carry on as there’s loads of folk saying they have the same issues

Do not order from very, paid for the hot tub today, got no confirmation email but took the money, I rang them and said they need to wait for my money to clear on there side and refund it back. There quick enough to take the money. They do not even have tubs available as they have sent they have technical Difficulties with payments. Fuming!!

As per the stock checking web-page - "Please do not rely on email stock alerts with Very.co.uk. Availability to pre-order is very intermittent. We recommend our immediate Push Notification alerts or keeping this webpage open with the audible alarm."

Ordered a couple of days ago, said Pre Order and delivery 23rd Sept. Got an email to arrange delivery for 21st July Smile so will wait and see.
