You not alone. Same thing happened to me. I have been refunded by gift card, so now cant even shop anywhere else other than Currys. Customer service was non existent and I still get emails asking me to review my purchase with them?

Doubt there were that many. My script detected the page change within a second and opened the product page while I was on the laptop. They'd all gone before I could add to basket and make it through to the payment screen. Just the can't process your order error. Load of bollocks.

It was first available at 16:07:44, first Stockinformer notification was 6 minutes later and by that time they'd gone already. If this is anything like the Ryzen 5000 stock, they sell out but the website keeps flipping between available and not available for 10+ minutes when there's nothing left.

I ordered my Gaming OC from currys on the 28th and haven't had it yet, rang them up and they said 100 come in everyweek and that i need to wait until i'm allocated one, wonder why yours is so quick

It actually got added at 17:29 according to my own alerting, but not announced on here until 17:40 11 minutes later. I doubt anyone relying on the alerting got one.

I managed to reserve the gigabyte 3080 eagle. But before I got the change to collect, Currys sent me an email saying they cancelled the order. 2 days trying to answer from customers service with nothing other than "store could not fulfil order" as a reason. Also got refunded via gift card, so now I'm being to buy at Currys.

I had it in my basket, said it was available for delivery, but no stores in the UK had stock and when in my basket it decided it couldn't be delivered but the main page still said it could be. 100% was never restocked

Delivery was available. No point in trying. I've written my own script to track all cards on this site and auto open the browser on my computer the moment it finds "FREE DELIVERY AVAILABLE" on any of the cards. I was sat at my computer at the time it happened, instantly added to basket, logged in and then no option for delivery again.

Even if you do actually manage to get it through to basket and complete the purchase be prepared to get an email from Currys in a couple of days time to say that they cant fulfill the order, this is after they have taken your money of course and then your left battling to get your money back! Twice now, similar to others postings i'm a couple grand down at the minute, wont be bitten a third time. You've been warned!

It needs to be delivery available for it to find a store..if it doesn't find a store it is too late. I got as far as the payment part before it cut-off...stock literally goes within 20-30 seconds its a joke. Unfortunately currys and amazon is the only places available to get these cards until the other sites fulfill their preorders. By that time you might as well think about getting the 3080ti thats expected to drop next month

If you look on Trustpilot, you will see that this is their usual behaviour. I've asked for a refund for three failed orders (£2400) and now gone to the cr*dit card company to reverse it that way.

Currys business is a total risk and their customer service is appauling. I had a cancellation after payment also and had to wait over 30 mins on the phone to speak to someone (after going through their sales team as their customer service line goes is busy and cuts off...) the lad at the end was helpful though and arranged the refund...I'll confirm if I do get it back within 5 days otherwise I'll have to a chargeback.. All that said I was successful on the second attempt and have a card being delivered!

They probably had stock initially but it goes much quicker than they update the website, unlike the standard currys website which doesn't let you go through with payment if it goes out of stock...so lots of orders that don't get fulfilled and takes an age to get a refund. If you are happy for your money to be in limbo for a bit then you can risk it since these cards are very hard to get at the moment.

As others say, Currys are nothng more than modern day crooks - they show items as being in stock, take your money then don't deliver, cancel your order or give misleading revised due dates. You then end up having to battle with them to get a refund, thats if you can actually get hold of them. Its about time Trading Standards went to town on them.

Okay I always get through to the final checkout page but there is never a store I can actually collect from...it searches the nearest 36 stores and no luck. I then retry for every city in the country I can think of and nothing works

Then you got there too late. If they have stock, the "delivery available" option is present. If you can't s*elect delivery, they have no stock.

I've got a python script checking for "delivery available" to pop up and it doesn't pick anything up either. That said, I did just have a card in my basket for delivery but couldn't pay so I guess there are cards in stock. I think they're getting stock in but the script isn't picking it up for some reason.

I've noticed when it happens it's the the actual page of the card that shows delivery. My script checks the next level up on all cards, 1 item im searching against is "homeDeliveryAvailable" and another is that the class imgc shows up, its the main difference I noticed between results being returned for a filtered search and none showing up. Maybe we need to go direct to each card and do it that way.

You should check for "availability": "*******schema.org/OutOfStock" and "availability": "*******schema.org/OutOfStock" (you can just use /InStock and /OutOfStock since they're unique on the page). That's what I have my java program watching and I've had a few open up in front of me while watching videos lol, but even checking each page every few seconds I've never been fast enough to actually get one

I've tried to buy three cards on three separate days. Always showing plenty of stock, always get an email saying that they haven't got stock a couple of hours after buying. Then on the phone to refund them. Currently £2400 on my cr*dit card awaiting to be refunded. 😡

Two days ago I got gigabyte geforce rtx 3080 10gb aorus xtreme waterforce without any trouble, next day delivery on top of it. The trick was to buy based on the product code, don't wait until they upload pictures and spec. Set GPU website filter from top to low price and look for the code with 3080 in it to appear. All i knew when i bought was GV-N3080AORUSX W-10GD and the price

They do have RTX cards available on the business website. When they are out of stock they will not show up on the site though. Yesterday there was 3080 which is no longer there, but 3090 is still there since yesterday
