  • Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.
  • For very high demand products, don't be surprised if stock sells out in seconds. An online store may have only made a single unit available.

Ordered a charger dock last Wednesday the 11th and was expecting delivery today. Contacted currys this afternoon who said the item went out of stock soon after my order was taken (and they took my money) and no one bothered to email or update me. She said they now have stock and has allocated me one for delivery. Might be worth contacting them to check as the site is showing no stock but clearly they do have an allocation.

Have you received yours yet? I had the same issue with the headphones, due to be delivered 17th. Still nothing, rang them to say I’d have an email Friday saying it was dispatched, never received one. It says on my account I have no orders either

No it never arrived, I rang a few days after I posted to check and was told it wasn’t ordered properly and they would re do it (even going as far as saying it’s in stock) I ended up with 3 orders showing on my account, a few days later rang again as the status hadn’t changed and was eventually told they had made a mistake and there was no stock, every time I rang I managed to get £10 from them as a payment of goodwill, ended up getting £24.99 in goodwill and my money back. When you call them complain and say the service has been terrible and you want money for the inconvenience and having to make calls etc.

I’ve spoken to Currys in regards to my headphones which still haven’t arrived.. apparently they weren’t ordered correctly either! I made a complaint but no ones bothered to email or phone me back! Different people have given me different excuses. Even had two employees tell me it has been dispatched. And they’ve even had more stock in since I ordered.. never shopping with them again

It’s ridiculous, tried to get through to them but 2 days running they refuse to reply. I think they sold us something they never had in stock.

Found out they are only getting stock in a week or two and will send orders when stock is available. Not ok that they took orders that were not even in stock.

I've just spoken to someone and they said my order is being cancelled due to it being out of stock and no idea when it'll be back in stock! Awful service, order a few weeks ago, only decided to chase it because my PS5 is on its way this week hopefully. When would they have told me that I'd never receive it? Never probably. Never been a fan of Curry's.

I ordered on 11th November, still waiting. Spoke to someone at Currys today who told me they're getting more stock next week and it'll be sent then. Hope this helps someone.

Managed to order one on the 12/12 to pick it up from the store on 14/12 but no sign!! I contacted them and they've put the order through again and said it will take 3-5 days to get to the store. Not sure how much I believe that though. Also it is showing 3 of them on my order but have paid for 1...thought I had got lucky but guess not. Didn't realise the charging stations were in such high demand

Looking at these posts I’m. P**sed with currys I ordered 22ND of last month for delivery money taken at pos heard nothing since and what’s really annoying you can no longer chat to them via website to find out What’s going on. they only have premium number to contact which I,m not going to use on a mobile phone and burn cash on hold ridiculous service 😡😡😡

Exactly it's a joke, why take orders when you haven't got stock. They give us false dates and take our money and then lie to us. It's all a scam, they screw us over like this and then web chat isn't even available like you've said. I got hold of someone on Tuesday when I rang up. They said that they are getting a batch of stock coming in for today and stock will be dispatched whenever possible, so just wait. But I still can't see me getting a dispatch anytime soon and this waiting game is a joke. Because we've had no update from them at all.

I would contact them on twitter, if you don't have it make one just to contact them. That's what I do with the many companies that offer horrendous customer service.

They have been saying they have been getting stock for weeks now. Ordered on 22nd also but it’s always “Coming on weekend” or “Coming this week.” Disgrace.

Have just gone on the Curry's app (24/12 at 10.30am) and it has allowed me to add one to basket, saying stock is due, and will be reserved for me. I have been able to pay for it with collection on 29th Dec (Norwich store) - Whether I can actually collect it is another matter due to Tier 4 restrictions!

I had the same situation for the 23rd found out that my order was cancelled without the app indicating anything. Just to be safe I would call Currys customer service +443445611234 to get them to make sure it's been assigned and allocated a delivery.

Got two emails today stating my order will be with me soon (having ordered this and a 3D Pulse on the 11th Nov). Email says it’s a replacement item for the one I ordered. Guess this is just the way the email triggers reference an item that is being sent out to replace the original item (even if they are the same item!) Waiting on the 3D Pulse now.

Ordered on the 19th November but never received. Been told that twice has come in and then been sent to other orders or new customers. Got a replacement order confirmed on the 28th only to be told today was not in stock and more stock coming in today (30th). Customer service is shocking so hope I finally get it but planning to take to ADR, as they knowingly took the order without having stock to fulfil orders.

I ordered while was in stock on 11th November and still waiting now spoke to them 4 weeks after order they said that I ordered as it went out of stock a load ofcr*p the money should not of come out my account until order was fulfilled and stayed in pending. They said they are looking to get it with me by the 15th December yeah right.
