don't worry if you see no progress for a few days.. i ordered on the 22nd of november and seen no progress until the 25th which the money was taken and they dispatched it. i received it on the 27th

Just a heads up from someone who has been on this rollercoaster.I got one the last time they had them. Dont worry if your status doesn't change for a few days. They are quite slow and it can genuinely take up to 10 days for them to arrive.

Might sound silly but make sure you are on a laptop or tablet, does not work on iPhone for some reason. Keep trying re-register your interest, that's what I had to do and code eventually appeared.

I ordered a ps5 bundle on Tuesday. I asked if they had enough stock for everyone going through security. This was the response. The security hold has lifted. The item is no longer on hold. As advise in the below email it can take up to 5 days to leave the warehouse and 48 hours for the tracking to update once the tracking has been received. This information is also on the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. Website still showing security/processing. Has anybody been able to get confirmation of stock for all security checks yet?

Mine is still showing the same as yours. I did email them yesterday but just got a very generic response which wasn't that helpful. It currently still says security. Im not holding out to much hhope to be honest i think they may have more orders than stock. Will have to wait and see

Mine was ordered on Monday at 14:55 PS5 with extra controller and PS+.It still says processing and Security. Not moved from that status since Placing the order on Monday. Paid with Paypal and bank account says payment still pending. I think they will release the funds at time of sending the parcel. But not sure I I will get one as the site looks stuck on Security / Processing. I have emailed BT twice since passing the 48hr window, but still no response from BT. Not sure what they are doing? Waited a full year to get hold of one. 😢

I ordered mine Monday morning. Passed through the security phase on the same day and has been stuck on Processing ever since. I can only hope/assume that if the order was accepted, then BT will allocate from stock they have already received. It is frustratingly slow and not helped by the vague answers from Customer Services at BT

I spoke to a chap on live chat and he said don’t worry if you have a confirmation email it is approx up to 10days (work days) to receive the parcel, he said no orders will be cancelled for those with conf emails. So let’s see 10days is up next Friday. My status is the same since ordering on Monday Security/ processing.

1053am yesterday, I've just had an email from bt as I sent them one yesterday when it was asking me to canx they've said the booking is live, in despatch and payment has been taken I can't wait my son is going to get it for Christmas.. It does say about being picked under status. Mine changed to this early hours this morning I was checking it lol

Finally got one too - used a friend's broadband account to get the code for the PS5. Got the bundle with the extra controller only as will do me for now. Good luck to all of the other peeps looking for one. Hope you manage to find one as it's taken me a year to finally get one! Irony is I won't be able to play it till Feb till I get back into the country as I'm currently abroad visiting family - hahahaha something to look forward to I guess during the darker months of the year!

Hi All, I had a lot of trouble with the BT Ordering process for the PS5 as well, let me try to explain what you need to do get this done. 1 - Make sure they have stock with this website 2 - Make sure you have an active BT registered account ( you don't need to have broadband or anything like that just an account ) 3 - Use the link provided by BT or Stock Informer to register your interest, you know you go the right one when it asks you for an email, and Account ID 4 - when using the adding the account ID to the box it "MUST HAVE" the GB part to the account number or it will not work. 5 - once you got the thank you message, we be in touch shortly message in green. 6 - Login to your account and click on "My Account" and your land on the account dashboard by Default. 7 - scroll down the page and your get 4 boxes with offers in them, one of the boxes will be a PS5 picture and a pink label saying show code 8 - click and copy the code 9 - go back to the shopping link it might take you back into a waiting cue but will let you in fairly quickly. 10 - when in your land on the PS5 page with a bunch of options on the right, s*elect your preference of bundle or just console 11 - further down near the check out Button is an input field, paste the code into this field and check out. 12 - the rest of the process is a normal check out system... I hope that helps...

I had a bit of a different experience on my Mac - I logged onto MyBT, clicked on the PS5 offer which showed the code and then quickly redirected me to a holding page. Was waiting for around 30 mins and then finally the PS5 bundles came up. I ordered the one I want, and it had auto populated the code. Used PayPal to complete the transaction as using a cr*dit card took me to another login page that didn't recognise my BT credentials. Anyway all done now. Good luck all!

Managed to get one, although I had to get the bundle with the extra controller as it kept saying just the console was out of stock - yet after I ordered and looked again, it was saying in stock? Oh well, will just sell the extra controller.

Got one! The code thing is an utter palaver and ended up queuing twice as it thought the code was already in use. But relatively easy if all sign ins set up beforehand!
