It's an odd one because they had about 4 bundles available and i guess it depends on if those bundles come in as just stock units and they add the stuff in the warehouse to make them a bundle. They probably only got about 30-80 units in

Mine arrived today! They sent the neon one instead. Not a problem though as i prefer this one. Just an FYI, don't lose hope! I had 'bought' 7 switched before getting this one - every previous order cancelled on me, all from multiple retailers (Argos, Curry's, Amazon, Very). At one time i had placed an order for 3 switches in one day, and they all cancelled.

Just want to say a big thanks to Stock Informer for helping me obtain a switch, I don't think I would have managed without this site! I ordered the grey switch luigi bundle at around 5pm on Monday 1st and it came about 15 minutes ago by next day delivered. I received an email on the 1st to say they couldn't confirm the order straight away due to stock levels but it would be confirmed within 48 hours. The switch that came was the neon bundle but given the difficulty I had obtaining this I won't complain and will be keep the bundle as this is for a birthday present. Thanks again Stock Informer!

I just spoke with Nintendo. I said do they actually have the stock in which is why I know nothing of whatās going on and theyāre awaiting new stock OR is it just that you have stock but itās not yet left? And he said the second one is correct. I told him if I knew they didnāt have stock then I wouldnāt have placed an order. He said My order was allocated when the payment has been requested and the shipping stage has been created. I donāt know What to think really. I said when is it likely that they will dispatch and he said within 24 hours. Iām tempted to just look else where with more solidarity and get this one returned after it comes. It just would be nice to know when abouts itās meant to come. They said they ship 7 days a week so there is the possibility of having a weekend delivery

Yes it is Hopefully it will be done over the weekend as they must be doing it soon because they have taken the money however I have heard in the past that some peoples money were taken and then it went back to order placed which was weird so we will have to see.

No matter what a store says, they all actually are entitled to offer the same 2 year warranty. This is an EU law, which was adopted into UK law upon BREXIT. It was valid before and it is still valid now. They cannot refuse warranty claims.

Messaged again for more detail and have been told: "I can confirm your order is in the dispatch process and due to be sent by Tuesday if not much sooner! Once sent you will be notified via email." Not a very honest process so far.

For anyone who has 'order placed' on there status. This is what it means: I do apologise, due to the high demand for this console it fell out of stock before it was able to be allocated to you. We are working to get further stock as quickly as possible however a confirmed date is still to be confirmed for this.

My 1st June order should arrive today or tomorrow. From my personal opinion I wonāt be ordering from Nintendo again. I understand theyāve had a huge influx of orders but their communication throughout all of this and the process has been ridiculous. Only receiving a confirmation email 6 days later and before that theyād already taken my money. I dunno. If they were going quicker with their service then Iām sure itād be a lot better. My experience was not great

I know im one of the unlucky ones who have to wait for their switch, but the thing is thats not what bothered me. Its the lack of communication from the nintendo team. The fact i have to reach out to them to know what is going on with my order is shocking. not ONCE have i had an email from them apologizing, its only when i have reached out to them. I have finally received my switch. If I was to nit pick Iād say that I orionally ordered the Grey Switch. The Neon one turned up. Which is fine. Iām not picky but for someone that really loved one or the other.. just be weary that the opposite colour may turn up
