DPD is the courier service, everybody who has had there dispatched seem to be getting it tomorrow ( I am a lucky one) .... what time did you gys order , sure you will get it friday though , they must be really quick as I ordered mine at 12:15 and it is coming tomorrow

Mines with yodel rather than DPD. Am able to track it now. Just says parcel is waiting for collection.

You're probably right and I'm worrying over nothing, but it would be interesting why they pick in the order they do, it doesn't seem to work in the order people ordered.

Emailed DPD this morning, they said zavvi not handed over xbox's yet but will likely hand over today, i have also emailed zavvi for an update but i wont hold my breath for a quick response from them

Good Morning Jono, I have taken a look into this and I can see that although the label has been produced by the senders we are not yet in receipt of your parcel. When a label is produced it will automatically generate and email or a text message.

Is anyone else getting vague answers from Zavvi - they don't actually seem to be able to tell me if my order will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow - just generalised standard pre-order scripted answers. I'm not overly impressed by the customer service responses (I've tried 3 times now and it takes nearly 6 hours to get an answer that isn't the answer to the question I ask.

Just had a call back from Zavvi Customer Services, saying my order is going through a Security Process, and providing it passes, then it will be dispatched for delivery today, and will be received Tomorrow. Not sure what security process it requires but there you go!! :-)

Guys that havent seen there order dispatched ive just spoke to someone from Zavvi and theyve said that there is a technical issue from there end and that they hope to have it resolved in a few hours!

Mine has just been marked as in transit by Yodel - expected delivery tomorrow. Again this is with the free delivery so anyone that paid for the express delivery should definitely get it tomorrow

I just got called back by Kieran from Zavvi after contacting the Zavvi outlet within 5 mins, He told me that the orders was sent out to all the depots at 6pm today and should start updating the system within the next few hours, sometimes it doesn't update but it should update shortly and he is 99.9% certain if I am in the house I will get the parcel tomorrow.

I've spent most of the day waiting for something to change too, but still waiting for the item to be picked! I think we all should send angry emails due to the fact we were promised a day one edition not a day four edition if it does come on Monday and hopefully they will give us an apology gift!

Me too, luckily my manager just found it funny that had one of my screens with this on all day. Not very productive today, I don't usually complain but I definatly will this time. I don't think it will get us owt, but I'm still gonna do it. So angry right now. Wish I had an Xboxone with Dead Rising 3 to take some of my anger out!!

Really annoyed by this, mine too stuck in awaiting stock pick. I order done from John Lewis for collection tomorrow. I think they're still available. No download code for a game though. But a 2 year guarantee. If this one comes today, which I for think it will. Then I'll cancel the other one!
