They took the money out of the balance of my order I’ve spoke to trading standards and they’ve breeched their contract but they’ve put the money back in before confirming cancellation I’m still waiting for them to confirm it’s cancelled it says on the page no stock trading standards want to hear from everyone that’s had orders cancelled takes 5 mins

Not very happy at all, after weeks of trying managed to get through to ordering, entered details in, PAID for the item, received order confirmation (it was a pre-order). Taken money from my card, received an email telling me no stock (which I knew as was pre-order). Logged in again to Very and found that they have cancelled the order, card still shows as money taken - now awaiting for the refund... WASTE OF TIME COMPANY - why cancel pre-orders - surely you should know if stock is due or not.

Just got an alert, tried again got through to payment, accepted payment -5 mins later someone rang me to confirm order... more than I got last time so hopefully this is the one seen as holidays are likely to be in the UK this summer.

Thank you. Got one on the 26th april confirmed for delivery in june. Now coming 21st may. In the mean time i got one from argos. This one is now going to my friend who cant get one. Very happy with this site

I ordered mine 24th April was out for delivery on 14th May never turned up apparently stock wasnt there. They ended up cancelling it and told me I would have to try again after being on the phone to them complaining numerous times they will not do anything about it 😡

Oh that’s good that you have it on pre order again 🙂 They just cancelled mine completely didn’t even leave the order open so they could just assign to another pre order so now struggling to get it on pre order again

I managed to get another one on pre order from Very a different model this time thinking it can't happen to me twice but one again they change the preorder to out of stock 😠 so I rang customer services and once again they were no help at all, the women I spoke to was rude and very unhelpful

I bought the lazy Paris one on Friday I didn’t receive a confirmation email so i rang them and they said they were experiencing technical difficulties with payments. I had to argue with them to get my money back to which I received the money yesterday. Obviously they have no Stock but still taking money off people
