My experience of Currys and the 30 series is as follows: Apart from the 3090 all the lower cards go out of stock within minutes, regardless of time of day. The indications of stock being in Currys is often wrong. When they get stock and it sells out the buy button will often hang around for a long time showing in or out of stock each time you refresh the page, but you wont be able to buy it. This produces false alerts on stockinformer. Stockinformaer will show that stock took 5-15min to go out of stock, but in reality it went out of stock in seconds although the buy button hangs around for a long time, nobody after the first minute is able to buy anything. I’ve been trying for a couple of weeks and only managed to get cards into a basket three times. Two times I couldn’t go any further than that and the most recent time I got as far as payment before it refused to go further as it was sold out. This last occurrence was shortly after 4am when I got lucky and got onto the site within 1min of the buy button appearing. Even that wasn’t fast enough. It is obvious that bots are being used to buy up the stock from Currys, there is no other explanation for how hard it is to buy anything. Miners and Scalpers are using paid for bots to snap up these cards and leaving normal buyers few options. You can try camping the actual website for hours on end, pay the scalper prices or pay for a bot yourself. I don’t see this situation changing for a long time as some people are treating the resale of this cards as a business.

Finally managed to get one. I really thought the website was just broken keep saying in stock and out of stock. I think checking the website itself rather than relying on notifications worked for me.

Managed to get one today for £450 ..just wait when it's available for home delivery then you can add it to the basket and pay for it.

It's amusing that Currys have had 'ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB ROG Strix GAMING' cards available for several days now, but no-one can actually buy them because they're not available for delivery, and there is apparently nowhere in the UK they can be collected from. Joke retailer.
