Have they given you a tracking number yet? Could try hassling City Link(?) about where the driver is? I know DPD do a 'live driver tracking' type thing so you can see how far the van is.

After an age on the phone to customer services again, was told its with Yodel (no hope now) at their service center, and has been there since 03:25 yesterday morning. Managed to get the tracking reference off the customer services team while I was on the phone so at least now can track (or lack of it) myself. For what its worth, seems I would have had it today if Yodel (god help us) were keeping up their end. Very frustrating now as its apparent Argos can do no more as its with the courier awaiting honest joes delivery services

I have a reservation for Port talbot Argos until close of business tomorrow. It's for an Xbox one, controller and Forza (I have also s*elected the 12 month LIVE membership but this is out of stock there). I got one at Hereford now (but still looking as close to Worcester as possible). PORT TALBOT ONE UP FOR GRABS, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT IT!

Be careful - I had a reservation for Wolverhampton. When I went to collect today, they said the reservation had been cancelled and there were none in stock! I travelled 30 miles to get it. I suggest you check with Customer Services first before you try to collect and manager at Argos told me there are none at all in stores or warehouse.

Phone Microsoft store - don't go to Argos! MS store have console with Fifa 14 in stock and delivery will be on or before 16 December. Bit of a wait on phone but very, very helpful when you get through.

It seems as if people are reserving stock then putting the reservations on ebay! Absolute joke, seen some asking for £200 just hope no one buys these and they get put back into the stores tomorrow night.

Do Yedel deliver on Saturdays or is it worth popping into the depot and chasing them? Argos seem sure mine is on the way today but cannot provide a trackingID. Not sure I've ever seen CityLink drop on Saturdays.

I disagree, they use a courier with renowned bad service - Argos customer services have not been helpful, in fact quite rude. My whole experience was frankly put me off using Argos in the future. Im still on the phone to Yodel, trying to arrange a delivery for Monday now which is ridiculous to say the least - as a paid up customer, Im doing all the work to on behalf of Argos to try and get my goods. Not happy at all

Just had a telephone call from Argos customer services - nice lady for once who couldnt apologise enough! She has been chasing / pushing Yodel too and to no avail. Yodel have now promised deliver to Monday - I have saved the conservation(s) so god forbid it doesnt get delivered Monday now. Argos have refunded my delivery charge which is something but why do they insist on using Yodel in the first place - doesnt make sense to me.

Just been on the phone to Argos who have now confirmed the Xbox has not been dispatched after stating it had been yesterday. Trying to change the delivery address now but the argos system isn't letting them do so. Guess the upside is that I don't have to sit in at home all day now.

But, Yodel is probably the only courier which can go around your area despite it being rubbish. If you did get your money back; sometimes you can reserve your XBOX ONE at the same day on your local Argos which is MUCH better than delivery as you have to deal with the damn hassle.

I ordered and was supposed to get it Wednesday - transpires its been sat in Yodel's delivery center since 3:00am Wednesday and they still have it! Have had deliveries from Argos in the past the have been on their own lorries - first time known them use yodel for my area which is disappointing. Had worse issues with Paul's Boutique - expensive bag for my wife that never arrived (Yodel again) - took 3 weeks to finally get it. Argos have refunded my delivery cost only so as long as it arrives Monday Ill survive - especially given these are gold dust of course!

I had the same problem with yodel. My order was to be delivered the day after launch but yodel lost it or more likely their driver stole it. After talking to argos several times and lots of false promises I got my order on Friday. Talk to a manager at argos that's how I got it sorted. It's not argos who are telling lies it's yodel as they were lying to me and lying to argos when they called them. Hope you get it sorted and talk to a manager at argos, it the best way.

Why does it say "in stock now" I will see it within 5 seconds and go to argos. But when I go to click "collect from store" it always shows "out of stock" at the store it says has stock on this website?! any help?

There is hope.... Just felt I needed to post this for all those having negative experiences with their orders. Seems it all bad. I ordered the console on the evening of launch day for my son, from argos online ( thanks to this site). Did have quite a few problems with the site, and when I eventually managed to place the order, it got stuck on a message saying processing order. So,I called argos for advice, spoke to a really nice helpful girl, who advised me my order had gone through, and I would be receiving it on my s*elected delivery date (today). I got a text from argos this morning stating it was out for delivery with yodel, item arrived few hours later! Just hope many more of you have a good experience, and receive your console without any drama!! Good lick to you all...
