Oh yes - see my post(s) below! Keep on top of the courier service whoever they are and if you havent already got one, ring Argos customer services to confirm a tracking reference.

According to Argos, yodel haven't received my item yet so it's Argos who have delayed it.. A-holes!! Don't advertise as 'in stock' to turn around the next day and and say your waiting for stock. Doesn't fill me with confidence as I just know I'll get messed about by yodel too!! Got an API number for yodel so will keep checking!

I called them again today to just be confirmed that it was on back order and it would be pointless to give me a delivery date as they receive stock deliveries every other day. Ended up cancelling due to the fact that I've been messed about by them already on PS4 reservations.

Just checked my yodel**** and 'apparently' they now have my xbox at there service department, just hoping it switches to 'out for delivery' soon... please god let it be today! If it is, i'll let Argos off for being one day later than initially stated. If it's not today, screw you Argos and your wicked ways!

Hi Guys, I have ordered an XBOX One from Argos yestetrday. I recieved the confirmation email saying it will be delivered Tomorrow. I have called them yesterday and they have advised it will be delivered. I have called them again today, and they have advised it is being picked, then it was on back order??? Honestly. Do not order any of these packages from argos. I managed to place an order online for the xbox one and fifa bundle. I confirmed by calling them and they guarenteed everything was fine and I would receive delivery today. Since then I have spoken to 4 members of staff and they all guarenteed delivery. I rang them at 5pm today and got told that my order is back logged and I was never getting it. I went mental. Basically told me that I cave to wait 3-5 days for them to come back in stock and I will have priority. I couldn't even really cancelled my order either as it takes 5 working days to get a refund. Terrible. They are just grabbing as much money by pretending to have stock and then getting you to keep the order by saying it takes 5 days for a refund!

I don't know but I've spoken to numerous people and all they can say to me is we should be getting them in 3-5 days, call back then. Livid. If I manage to find one elsewhere in the mean time I WILL BE REFUNDING.

me too. Have waited in from 7am to 8pm for confirmed delivery today. Phoned argos earlier and they said'Don't worry, it's on its way to today' Just called again - they said they had no tracking information and there's a 24 hour delay in their systems and the delivery. She couldn't confirm that it would be here tomorrow either.

me again. Have spoken to argos twice this morning to see if order that should have come yesterday will be here today. Not despatched. First adviser said none available until next week. 2nd adviser said two weeks. Have been told a manager will be calling me today, but I'm doubtful they could even manage that.

Just been through argos and got through the site fine and said it was in stock the whole time but just received an email saying it hasnt been purchased as its out of stock, and the moneys already gone through paypal!

Furious with argos, they have taken money delivered extra pad but no machine, will be another couple of days. To add insult to injury they now have stock in widnes that's available to collect. Shambles, they will be receiving a very Stern email

I'm really not sure about Argos any more. How can they have this much stock when no other shops have? And last Saturday night when their website was showing stock of every PS4 bundle available when really they had none. I placed my order for this Fifa bundle at 17:18 on Tuesday. Should I have had a confirmation email yet?

i ordered around 1735 and my confirmation email came through immediatly. the best thing is even when the order doesnt go thru you seem to still get thw £10 voucher! i got one from a "items that were not ordered" email, used it this time, fifa bundle and controller for £485, they sent me ANOTHER voucher with that order, so got 2 controller battery packs off srgos for £4.

Argos stock a CON - like most people on here I ordered an xbox from Argos on Monday, got a confirmation email and they billed my card!. Tuesday comes and goes and no xbox. Ring them this morning and no stock! have placed it on back order. I asked for a refund and was told 5 days and they need to raise a workflow. Ive raised a chargeback with my credit card and reported to trading standards as billing without stock nor placing a specific stock order is not on. Good luck with anyone who tries to use Argos!

What does it say on your account? Dispatched or order placed? I ordered one on Monday it says dispatched but they came late and i ad gone out,my mate who ordered after me his just says order placed no dispatch.

Same happened to me, I purchased the xbox with fifa £450 booked for delivery on Tuesday paid, it didn't turn up yesterday so I rang Argos they told me the didn't have any in stock and that they will refund me with 7 working days. They are just took my money knowing they didnt have any in stock and were not going to inform. Argos are a JOKE!! I now have one on its way from Microsoft

I finally have one, I ordered online monday and it didnt arrive tuesday or today, I phones and they aid it would probably be friday. On tuesday i reserved one for pickup from store within 4 days. This afternoon i got an email saying my console was ready to collect so i cancelled my online order and picked up my xbox from the store at 5.30pm - Looks like there priority is selling in store before home delivery?
