The link at the top of this page takes you to the home page but if you click on the links where all the outlets are listed even though very says out of stock,when you get the website its available.

No they will deffo come out with another lot of pre orders they did with the PS4

The website states that stock is "coming soon", so there will definitely be another batch of consoles for us to pre-order, but there is no confirmed date at this point in time. With the Xbox Series X and S available for pre-order from tomorrow, surely it would make sense for Sony to release stock to retailers this week so that consumers have the choice and don't just buy an Xbox because that's all that's available?

Just had a call from Very to confirm if i still want my PS5 digital edition and extra controller order, it got cancelled when retailers had less stock but Very has received 600 units, so they are contacting all customers who's orders got cancelled. any remaining PS5s will be made available on the website.

Interesting. This worries me, as are the new units going to go to the thousands of people that were cancelled rather than to those who missed the first window.

Yes, the guy on the phone confirmed that the many many people whos orders got cancelled will have the chance to preorder the ps5 over the phone. once all cancelled orders are dealt with. any remaining units of ps5 will go on for sale for the general public. and they also said sony will directly ship the ps5 from their warehouse to the customer, not from the retailer to the customer.

They cancelled off my order then asked me to confirm if I wanted it ‘text back by 6pm’ text came at 6:10pm lastnight...

they should ring you today or tomorrow from an 0800 number to discuss the order and take payment over the phone if you wish to preorder still.
