Not sure if this helps. I had no option for delivery or pickup. I refreshed the page and the pickup was available at my local store hat I requested. It said I’d have to wait until the following monday. Woke up this morning and it was available for pickup & have just collected.

Don't know if this helps anyone, but I managed to get hold of one (after trying all year!) at Argos yesterday and said to pick up Sunday, but had a text this morning to say its ready. Well I popped in and the guy said you're the first to come in and pick theirs up. He then went on to tell me that Argos has been getting 4 or 5 PS5s a week and it's worth popping in on the off chance to see if they have them in stock, they haven't been advertising them as 'Online Stock'. He also said that yesterday they got 80 in my small store alone, and they all went within ten minutes, that the system couldn't keep up. He also said its worth popping along and asking to see if they have spares as the ordering system was so chaotic he's convinced he's going to have a few spare. Thought I would pass on this info in case it helps someone. Good luck

Picked up mine today after ordering yesterday. Very pleased. Thanks to Stock Informer, not possible without you. Also thanks to the posters who pointed out that my Littlewoods bundle only included an extra controller and stopped me being ripped off.

Hi all I ordered and paid for a ps5 from argos on the 18.11.2021 and was told to pickup today 21.11.2021 now argos haven’t got a clue where my item is, had email to pickup from store but still can’t tell me where it. Anybody else had this problem

I ordered mine in the same date for collection on 20th the once Saturday came I got a message to say it's been extended to 27th then on 27th extended to 4th of December and after speaking with them multiple times it just needs scanning into store clueless and beyond a joke suppose it is argos

I had tried to order from Argos when stockinformer alert came in and thought I might just bag one. I was logged into webpage and the android app and added to my cart. Nowhere near me had them and I was messing refreshing to see what stores had them. Magically a popup said a location 48 miles away had them. Decided not to bother and then a location 7.5 miles had them but each time I tried to check out that location had sold. Gave up in the end trying to buy from Argos. Then some dude on fb regional group was trying to sell 4 of them of course at crazy money lol. Bagged one today from playstation direct.

Thank you, managed to bag one at the weekend with Argos. Had a bit of fun trying to arrange a collection point, had to keep refreshing before getting one. Hopefully going to have a happy son this Christmas who knows how tough it is to get one so thinks it wont happen.... 😊 👍

Just got a disc version from Argos. Took a couple of attempts to get it in the basket and it took a while for the confirmation through. Collection from my local store this afternoon 😁

Think I just managed to get one, I tried numerous times and got the same as you, I also added it to my wish list, In the end I clicked buy and pretended to take out the insurance, so clicked the button for that, somehow I purchased the console successfully, but did not get the insurance. Hope you get lucky.

Tried that and all 6 or so stores within my region sold out within about 20 mins total. A few of them still showing stock but can't buy it still

stuck in a loop for making a payment, have to verify the payment with my Bank - then it still fails... and repeat! Now the fraud team from my Bank have stopped all transactions due to the number of attempt!

Unable to complete purchase online 10th Dec (site showed a "glitch"). After many attempts installed the app on my phone and completed straight away. Missed out on my cashback, or Honey discount and had to travel from Bristol to Newport to collect, but I'll have one happy son this Christmas!
