Was it yesterday you received the email? in our warehouse we generate a tracking number (label), the customer receives an email, we pack it and then have it sitting until the courier comes to collect (they'd come multiple times throughout the day depending on the volume of orders).

It's possible, you've missed the morning delivery slots, but as long as it arrives at Yodel in good time then they could send it out with the afternoon run. If not then hopefully over the weekend! Progress though!

I have faith. Dont see too many orders after 11 anyway dont mind eaiting my turn. Literally though centresoft is round the corner, Yodel HQ also within ten mins drive. It does seem no matter who you ordered from everyone seems to be in same boat. Ive just haf a call from work, even though in a brewery, in tier 3 im asked to go to work next week. Im fine with it but this bloody delivery, guarantee it comes when im at work! Law of the sod!

Ive seen a few at 11 15 get dispatched, same time as me. But as you said, im trying to keep faith. Im working too, a postman believe it or not lol. So i finish around 2 everyday and hoping it gets delivered after that.

yea man, its a nightmare at the depot at the moment. Crazy amount of parcels. Havent noticed any ps5s though. I d9nt think they are coming through royal mail. Its my rest day today and i was hopeing it would turn up lol. I noticed someone near the bottom with 11 15 disc plus psn. They got an email just after 7am. Im shocked i managed to bag one at 11:15 myself. Cant be much longe for us i hope

Hopefully a little bit of info to help a few folks feel a bit better. I'm a courier and have been for a long while, now I have no idea about when PS5s will get to anyone (I've been with you guys since release day) but these next 3 Sundays are what are known as "super Sundays" and that means couriers do a full normal day on a Sunday, as a result every single day is eligible for a delivery. So if you get dispatched today/tomorrow you may still get it this Sunday. Guys, this situation is s***e we all hate it but there is a lot ofcr*p out there, even bigger than a PS5 even if it doesn't feel like it right now so please look after yourselves mentally, if you feel down reach out. Anyone that needs someone to talk to, I'm here to listen too. Your mental health is the most important thing in life and even more during these difficult times

Completely agree guest379748 I'm not a counsellor and everyone should always be wary of who they pm. Thats a very good rule to live by. Im just someone who has been to the darkest sides of depression so have an understanding of how hard it can hit people and know its harder sometimes to open up to someone you know due to embarrassment or shame and its easier to just get it off your chest to someone who doesnt even know you. An right now people are alone and trust me our own thoughts are more devastating than any words can be

Robwatt20, there is MIND and other services you can offer support and listening. I am a Counsellor and I do not find it very ethical you try to suggest a console waiting can affect mental health, By no means I say you are not driven by genuine motivations, and the fact you state you have been through that hard path is important, but anonymous people offering support without people being able to see a DBS or other proof they are fit to listen, is NOT OK. Again, everyone should be careful who they approach online, especiall young people who roll in these places. In the UK anyone can call themselves a counsellor or therapist or even psychologist as these are not protected profesion titles. It is up to us to confirm who we talk to. Counselling skills are easy to obtain and can be used to mess people up and use them to botain benefits of several kinds. BE CAREFUL ALL!

I mean im not a counsellor now and i can show all documentation needed and have a degree in psychotherapy, i specialised in vulnerable adults with mental health issues such as autism and ABI's but i see where youre coming from. And im a little shocked at you thinking something like inanimate psychologic attachment to something like a PS5 can "not affect mental health" smallest things can be what triggers someone over the other. I only left my proffesion due to personal issues.

Hi all, I am also waiting patiently for my Disc Console + Extra Controller bundle. My Very account is still showing "Order processed" and my order was placed on the 19th at 10:38am. One thing I have noticed in the last 2 days is that "Order received" and "Order processed" times in the account have changed. Previously they were something around 11:30am and 11:32am respectively, now they are showing as 17:15pm and 17:18pm. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any idea roughly what percentage of people who ordered have received their consoles or had a dispatch email yet? ✌️

I got the same bundle at the same time but my process time was 12.58 and 13.38 received by supplier, still 17th dec delivery apart from the 21st nov snafu.
