Well I'm still waiting for a dispatch email. Orderered on the 11th. Spoke to Curry's multiple times since then, every time they've just told me to wait as there is 0 stock available. Be interesting to see if anyone who managed to get one recently have received theirs.. but I imagine everyone is in the same situation.

Literally same here mate, they told me last week they have 12 left in stock and I was going to be allocated one - yet still no dispatch email and every time I call literally told to wait and that the email is coming. It's a joke, think the best bet is to hope somewhere else comes in stock.

Absolute joke of a company. How can they take £90 off you for something they don't even have. And then not even contact you to let you know "Oh by the way, we don't have in stock, so this is technically a pre order... that may never arrive... Feel free to cancel your items"... Nope! I've just bought one on eBay for £20 more. Fed up of waiting around! Cancelling with Currys now.

I ordered mine yesterday, luckily found one around 22:30 and it says order completed, so im not sure if I will be put into the same situation as you guys or if im gonna be able to get it in the 3-5 day period they said.. fingers crossed!

The stock under the item description periodically changes - but everytime this has happened and my order has gone from on hold to in progress- the result is the same. There is no stock. The only thing you should take note of is whether it states ‘dispatched’ because if it doesn’t, then nothing will happen.

Ordered and paid for mine on 11th November. Nothing since the order confirmation so rang yesterday only to be told they have no stock and don't know if they will be getting any. Had I not rung I would have been none the wiser. Furious they haven't contacted me to tell me and Ive wasted time sourcing another!!! Beware if your order went through as you wont be getting one in the immediate future.

I’m sure they will get new stock. Same with the charger. They are a joke with the comms language and terms they use when communicating with us.

I ordered on the 11th on the day they actually confirmed they did have stock. Still nothing. Let’s hope when they do get stock they prioritise us mugs for out existing orders.

I am waiting since 11th as well. I dont understand why they took £5 extra from me for next day delivery, if they didnt have stock in the first place. After ordering I received an email telling me, they were preparing my order. Money already taken out of my account too.

Currys are just selling things they don't physically have pretty bad business from a customer standpoint I've had a order placed since 17/10 and still not recieved it....... Also ordered demon souls last week they said its dispatched from days later Royal mail still hasn't recieved it from them so obviously they don't have stock and just selling hoping they get some in.

11:16pm just went on laptop direct they got over 14 pairs of the 3D headset I just brought one only thing is I have to wait until 17th December just a heads up guys

Are they going into liquidation or something? I wish I paid my 3d headset with cr*dit card. Apparently people can't even get their refunds, let alone receiving any of their orders whether ps5 or fridge.

Ordered 19th (while showing stock) Should have been delivered 25th... still waiting. Can't get through to talk to anyone. It seems they are randomly selling stuff without actually having it in stock in the hopes people will just wait. I wouldn't mind so much if they sent an update and/or an apology! Poor customer experience

Couldn't agree more, and the refusal to allow customers to easily get in touch is infuriating. I deliberately ordered the PS5 accessories separately in advance of the console release because I thought it would be safer, now I'm just kicking myself for not ordering from elsewhere while I had the chance.

Pretty much I ordered a headset middle of October........ Yeah that's not gone so well. I've had demon souls in the post for 2 weeks royal mail tracking shows they haven't even received the game yet and currys won't let me cancel as they it's in the post 😡

Hi all! Ordered a headset and charging dock on 11th Nov (i.e. pre the PS5 console release) when Currys were saying that these items in stock and would be delivered by Dec 17th. No word since. Not despatched so nothing to track. Tried to contact Currys (email, phone etc) but no joy. Finally resorted to Twitter a few days ago. So far all I'm being told is that the items are now out of stock (like I don't know that!) and will be sent when available. Anyone else had any success yet finding out when stock is likely to be arriving?

I ordered the exact same as you on same date. Received the charging dock but no headset. No emails to explain or apologise about the delay. Spoke to someone today on chat and they said they can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery so I’ve asked them to refund me. Shocking customer service, shouldn’t have to chase them up. I really hope you get yours soon but I couldn’t wait any longer!

I ordered a headset on the 17/10/20. No joy whatsoever. I did speak to someone yesterday on the phone and she said it should be with me by the 15/12/20. I could've got one from amazon germany in 3 days. Absolute joke.

That’s what I’ve done. Ordered via Currys 11th and nothing.. order not showing up on my account page etc. Ordered one from Amazon.de and it’ll be with me between 10th/12th (fingers crossed)! Not gonna cancel Currys until that one from Amazon comes though

just spoke to Currys - i ordered in November - told they have no stock now and don't know when they will have !!! They gave me an option to cancel order - which I have, for full refund. Really bad form from Currys ! They take your money and don't give you any updates - the confirmation just kept saying in progress - The search now starts all over again

I spoke to a lady who manages the online sales (UK not offshore call centre) an hour ago and she spoke directly to the stock room who confirmed they got a delivery of 11 thousand units last night and I should be getting a confirmation email with delivery info within 24 hours. The stock is going through the motions and scanned today. I haven't been waiting half as long as most people but I feel really bad if this info is correct and you have cancelled your order the day before. I have only been waiting a few weeks but I won't be using Curry's again after this.

Just cancelled mine. Ordered on the 31st October and was still “in progress”. Luckily I wandered into Smyths a couple days ago and managed to get the last one they had after seeing someone walk out with one.
