When you check stores and they say out of stock in all stores just refresh and keep looking. If still out of stock just keep refreshing.

After weeks and weeks if constant searching i have just got the text its ready to collect i was so sure something was going to go wrong but I am so happy it hasn't cant wait to see my sons face on Christmas morning when he sees santa has done the impossible and managed to get him a xbox lol thanks for all the help and dont give up the hunt x

I just want to say a huge massive thank you to everybody on this forum and to stock informer. You've all been there for me through the 2am wake ups followed by 24 hours of refreshing the argos page and alerting everybody to other drops. I actually managed to order one from very yesterday and now I have to just pray it doesn't get cancelled! Good luck to all those still trying. I thought there was no hope and I was too unlucky, but even I managed it, so I am sure it will come to you too 😊

Please have faith people and keep refreshing the hell out of Smyths today they are having stock in on and off in bits I’ve been awake all night for two weeks solid and refreshing to a point where my eyes went funny and I’ve just managed to collect one from Smyths half hour from mine

Managed to get one from the Boss Deals link on here earlier I think. Not sure I've done the right thing and certainly overpaid by at least £100 but if it arrives as promised and is the proper thing I'll accept that. It'll save me checking Argos constantly at least!

4 weeks of trying and awake all night finally paid off, ordered one 2 days ago for collection in 7 days and was available last night at the store - Edinburgh . So keep trying guys yous will get there 100% cheers to everyone for informing 😊👍🏻

Well done - I was trying on the app when it was showing stock but couldn’t get any further. Even called the store to ask and the girl assured me it was an error and they were definitely not getting any stock. 🙄

I seen that one pop up at craigleith but it disappeared when I clicked and said not available but then Murrayfield popped up and so did dundas Street, luckily I clicked Murrayfield as the one at dundas must of been a glitch lol you will get there though, takes ages and is a pain but keep on at it

About 4 - 4:30AM I had actually had enough and fell asleep and only woke up by chance and it was there so best of luck 😊

Don’t give up guys & gals! I went on online chat on Weds night to Argos & they said they had sold out in every store & didn’t know when they would be getting more stock but I went on the app by chance yesterday morning at 8:30am & saw one in my local Chorley, Lancashire store. It’s the first time I’ve actually seen one in my area. I tried to add it to the checkout stage & it wouldn’t do anything, it kept saying error so I rang the store & on the 4th call the manager answered, I explained that it’s showing in stock at their store but not letting me checkout & she said others are having the same issue. I asked her to check if it was actually in stock or just the app playing games & after checking the item number she said she had one in store. She very kindly said she would put it to one side for me after I said I could come & get it right away. I was literally shaking whilst driving there & didn’t want to get my hopes up just incase it had sold by the time I had got there but true to her word, she had saved it for me & I had the biggest smile on my face when walking out! I was just worried I would get mugged of it by the time I had got back to my car 🤣 Please don’t lose hope, just keep checking the app & if you see one & can’t check out, ring the store & plead with them like I did!

The guy from Argos who just delivered another product for me said the depot it full of them near where I’m from. He said they’ve just been sat there for days. Why aren’t they releasing them!

If it’s showing in stock but you can’t checkout, give the store a ring. That’s what I did & they saved one for me to go & buy in store.
