Sorry, we have tens of thousands of email alerts to send. It's just impossible to send them all in time before stock runs out. Demand is massive. The other alerts are best. Discord, Telegram and Push Notifications.

So I just rang Very and they said they don't have any in stock and therefore won't take the money from my account but when they next come in stock it'll automatically take the money from my account and the order will be processed. Can someone help, have I understood correctly?

How is it people that ordered today have delivery dates before people that ordered on the 10th? My delivery date is the 2nd December yet theres loads of people saying there's is coming on the 19th November even though they only ordered today... seems dodgy AF by very....

Just double check your confirmation. As last time I ordered on launch day with very it got cancelled and had to wait 3 days for refund.

Just checked my order which said 19th November *16:22 then it changed to the 18th December but just checked the app and now says order processed and order received by supplier with no date at all so fingers crossed it will be before.

Check your tracking through the website and not the app it might be different. Hope yours is the same. But I’ll believe it when I see it!

Managed to place an order. But delivery by 20/12! Direct from manufacturer. So Xmas not sorted just yet. I had link to Xbox open on my phone and I saw Console only option go active. I was halfway through my order when the stock alert text came through.

I don't think I'm destined to get one. Ordered one from Amazon last week that said delivery would be by the 2nd December but has since changed to say that they will email when they know the delivery date and they haven't taken payment like they have for others so I'm not banking on that one. I've been refreshing all day but missed the first Very drop when a parcel got delivered to my house. I saw the 2nd drop but just as i clicked to add it to my basket, my sister decided it was a good time to facetime me and the call coveres the checkout page, by the time i had managed to reject the call, i could no longer add it to my basket again. I'm determined to still try and get one but my odds are looking very slim now and my motivation has dwindled. 😭

My Delivery has changed from 18/12 to 19/11 (Parcel being packed), very strange and probably just the way the Very website deals with orders. I bet it changes back again

Just some info fir anyone thats bagged an X Series from Very today. The status of your order is updated once a day (around midnight) and shows in the orders section of your account ; Delivery by Wednesday 2 December (checked on 16/11/2020). Thats from my order from 7 days ago, that is still "Being packed".

If your new order runs through to "parcel being packed" welcome to the waiting Club all you can do is have paranoia, anxiety and some sense of hope. Today us people who got an order done 1 week ago on the 10th November have received emails saying we'll receive our orders before or by 2nd-9th December.

Hey Malikou actually yes that's where my series S got stuck at, weird enough my series X reached a full destination but has not budged since last Wednesday. They did say before or due by those dates so makes you wonder.

I think it's right. I just ordered as well and also thought it was a bit fishy to have a 19th Nov delivery date so I called very. The lady looked into their system and confirmed that the supplier received and accepted the order for delivery by the 19th. I now just received access to the tracking of the order and there are already two steps completed which are "Order received by our supplier" and "Parcel being packed". Try checking your order tracker. Looks like it's coming!!

Mine has now switched from 18th Dec to 19th Nov and tracking now says order is being packed, however people on here who brought one last week are saying there’s has been sat on packing for a while and scheduled for 2nd Dec. Literally have no idea if it is coming this week or just before Xmas, just a case of wait and see

Hey once it reaches parcel being packaged that's when you will see the real delivery date just let us know otherwise it really is helpful to see if the newest orders are going to jump the ones from November 10th.
