No, yesterday i noticed a pattern of stock becoming available every 2-4 hours and when i added it to basket never appeared, that was from 8am right up until 9pm, and then i came on here and noticed people had managed to get them, i just happened to be up really early for work today and looked from 4.30am onwards and i got one at 6.45am, so i would say just keep checking as much as you possibly can, it was also on my phone that i got it not a laptop or anything so don’t panic there either

i bought the neon one, ordered on the 13th, it says estimate delivery for 22nd April. Originally it said 28th, I believe we will get it earlier than that though.

Places like ebuyer were selling for £350 - stock still went within seconds. Been tracking some on ebay and they seem to be selling for about £340 - £350 for a new one. By the time sellers pay the 10% ebay fee they will be making no money now.

Most (if not everyone) on here are trying to get the neon switch at Amazon's £299 price which is bumped up a bit from the £279 that Argos/Currys/Nintendo are selling it at but still pretty justifiable in my book. I wouldn't pay any extra for the marked up ones on principle that the sellers are taking advantage of people's desperation (probably quite a lot of parents looking to keep their kids entertained) during a crisis. Awful stuff. With a 5 second auto-refresh, a lot of staring at a screen and a bit of luck you'll be able to grab a normal priced one. I jumped over to Amazon France and managed to order one yesterday afternoon when the notification came up that they were in stock for a few minutes. And it was £3 cheaper than if I'd bought it off UK Amazon haha. Defo worth checking over there!

I'd much rather wait a bit longer/spend some of my free time staring at stockinformer than reward anyone who bought multiple switches to sell on at inflated prices. I appreciate everyone has lots of free time they are looking to fill - but plenty of people here seem to be succesful in getting orders through and I'm sure stock levels will return to normal soon.

I had the page on autorefresh and added to basket as soon as it appeared. You need your account set up so you can checkout ASAP as it can remove it from basket if you are too slow (happened to me twice), but i managed to get one today! Keep trying and you will get one eventually

my switch came today guys from Amazon! I ordered on the 11th (pre order.).. I managed to get one after trying for 2 days.... so keep trying. I wanted a grey one but ended up with a neon, I tried to still get a grey one after this one was secured but couldn't. so if u really want a switch maybe consider the alternative colour... keeping trying.. I really wouldn't get one third party the prices are too high... I think there will be more restocks! thanks stock informer! hope everyone gets their Switch

hi, yes it did. When I ordered it said 30th and then every couple days they spent me an update until it was the 17th. so I only had to wait 6 days opposed to 2.5 weeks. Although was frustrating trying to actually place the pre order, everything else was great. hopefully yours arrives quicker too

I was the opposite. Managed to get a grey one from amazon but really wanted a neon one. Grey one was on its way from amazon when I managed to get a neon one from Very so the grey one (unopened) is awaiting pick up. Set up the neon one yesterday and already addicted to my new Switch!!! Very order placed Thursday and it arrived Friday. Very impressed!

wilburkins, that's so good that you got the one you wanted! you know what I actually don't mind the neon on now. the orange red controller is so nice. The mismatched colours don't bother me as much as I thought it would. anyway, im off to try this Zelda game. really hope everyone finally gets the switch they want... its never been so hard to spend money

You can get an auto refresher on chrome extensions - if you use it on the amazon website you will see the console before stock informer can notify you.

It went live on the amazon website at either 9:10 or 9:11, stock informer listed it at 14 past. I love this site so much but when it comes to amazon, it should teach you patterns of when they stock, space between etc rather than relying on the website itself for that.

Amazon is completely random. This is not currently "real" stock. Just odd units that are probably cancellations or returns.They get snapped almost immediately after they list it.

Managed to score it on amazon. I've been looking for the AC switch for over four weeks now and caved because chances of us getting that are slim to none at the moment. Just a heads up that a lot of us from over there may be coming over. Anyway, just wanted to write that you need to be refreshing amazon itself constantly in order to get one. The switch went live at either 10 or 11 past but wasn't on here until 14 past. With amazon, I feel like this site has taught me patterns but definitely just sit and refresh amazon (I did it for three hours yesterday, haha) and you'll score one guys.

I had amazon open for the neon switch on half my screen, if you click see all buying options it will bring up a list of all of them for sale, you just keep refreshing until you see one pop up that's in the £200 mark and then you have to act as quickly as you can. Then I also had the grey one open on just over a quarter of the other half of my screen, and then stock informer in the other quarter incase another site listed one. If you aren't bothered about colour (I wanted grey more than neon but wasn't going to be fussy as I thought neon would be restocked more) just refresh both windows which have grey and neon constantly, don't stop refreshing the page where it lists all buying options. When the amazon switch comes it, it will be at the top of the list.

With amazon, they've generally been listing preorders of one console around every 20 minutes to an hour and a half ive found. Yesterday, they only listed a few with a good few hours apart but I hoped id get one if I refreshed amazon for three hours (as soon as I stopped, one was listed). On regular days, they can be quite frequent. Since one was last listed at 10:20ish, if I was to buy one now id just keep refreshing amazon now because there's a good chance one could come available in the next two hours or so. Especially since one was put on at 9:10 also. There's still no guarantee you'd get one if it came up, or that amazon will even list one at all, but from constantly watching stock informer whilst waiting for an AC switch that's just what I've noticed and so what I would personally think to do.

I never said the site doesn’t hold value. I love this site and I’m so grateful for it however most times when I’ve tried to grab one from amazon they’ve sold out within seconds. As I also said before, the switch I bought this morning went live at either 9:10 or 9:11, my purchase was finalised at 9:11. Stockinformer didn’t register the stock until 9:14 when it was long gone. I never devalued what the site offers, I only gave advice on how it worked for me. Obviously, there is no definite or proved way to get one, it’s simply down to luck and speed. We all want a switch so advice doesn’t hurt anything
