Please do not swap or even request an Argos reservation number. If you don't need it, don't get it. Offending Posts WILL be DELETED and user accounts WILL BE SUSPENDED without warning.
Our Argos store checker links directly with the Argos system. With the current demand, reservations are currently getting snapped up almost immediately.
During stock shortages, Argos rarely put stock up for Home Delivery. It will go straight to the stores.
Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.
Please do not attempt to sell on this forum. There is another well known website for that. Offending posts will be deleted and user accounts suspended without notice.

After a nightmare with the reserve and collect service decided to look on this magical site and ordered one on Monday from argos got all the confirmation emails came today alongside ghosts which I ordered separate. so thanks stock informer and to those ordering from argos have hope not every Story has a bad ending. Good luck guys

I ordered mine Monday from Argos, in the yodel site it says it's at there depot (since 8pm last night) did your yodel status day that too?

I never got a yodel tracking number I'm not sure if it came via yodel there are no yodel notes with the delivery papers

id forget argos , no shops in the uk have any stock ive used the argos stock checker and it doesnt matter where in the uk you are. stock level is ZERO. Next year they will be stocked up. I will get mine in the january sales. muppets paying .£1000 plus for them on ebay. A fool and there money are soon parted is a very true saying.

Hi keep checking argos, I had an email from stock informer last night to say they had stock available for home delivery, when I went on to order it kept throwing me out. So I checked the stock in the local stores and I got one reserved it and collected it last night. When I collected the guy who served me said he didn't even know they had stock in. Well chuffed cause I've got one on order from Game but heard nothing from them. Sure they've took that many deposits giving people hope that they'll get one, hoping they are going to get stock.

Mines arrived Smile ordered monday via argos.. was meant to be delivered yesterday. After a fair bit of chasing up, it was just delivered via a private courier on behalf of yodel. Work that one out!!

im getting a bit nervous about this argos pre order, ordered yesterday afternoon, got a email confirmation, s*elected date as tomorrow(2 days from order) but they have been taking orders for 24hours!!!! they must have 1000s of bloomin orders by now! they cant possibly have this much stock!!

Jonnyhcb4... As I'm sure you are aware, the way Argos works is that people reserve the console (no payments taken, until they show up to the s*elected store), which they have to collect within a set date(1 day I believe). If they miss this date, the console goes back into stock, hence the updates here. I managed to get mine this way. If you're logged into Argos and all your details are correct, you can do "quick reserve" instead of buying the console, then go to the branch and pay up. Though obviously it may not be the package you want eg Forza 5 Day 1 Edition etc. Hope this helps.

Spoken to argos earlier, they sad a message had been put on my account, basically they were waiting to hear from warehouse if they have stock. Been told to call tomorrow and they should have more information.

My xbox one was supposed to arrive yesterday but no one thought to tell me it wouldn't arrive. I've been back and forward with them on the phone/twitter and email and basically I'm stuck now on backorder with no definite date. Disgusted with the lack of service but since they've now came in and taken the money there's no point me cancelling it now as it'll take days to get the money back.

I think the way argos have conducted themselves through out is disgusting, they have provided no information only an email confirming the order has gone through.yet they have taken my money.

After my first order got declined after a card error, put a new order in today for the +FIFA and Controler. It says it has been dispatched and due for delivery between 7am and 6pm tomorrow. Don't quite understand how they had in stock for so long so not holding my breath and wouldn't be surprised to just get a controller.
