I put all my eggs in one basket and bought Curry's vouchers through work at 8% off and had to buy 4 different denominations. Took what seemed like forever to put the codes in but the order seemingly went through. I've had two emails, one processing one and one order acknowledgement. Still don't know whether that means confirmed or not. Anyone know when we know for sure?

Says order confirmed in my Currys account so i'm hopeful, but don't want to get my hopes up after Look Again cancelled my order the day before it was due to arrive last week. Don't know whether to celebrate - this whole thing is tough!

I got my first email for the order, then a second email telling me the order was being processed. Should I take that as a good sign that I got one?

Hopefully, as I also managed to get an Acknowledgement, and the Processing email. The Processing says preparing for delivery so hopefully that mean it will be on it's way soon

Yeah my processing email mentionded a further future email confirming delivery and the tracking number, it also came with my pdf receipt, so I am hoping I'll have mine on Saturday. Now just need to track down a physical copy of ACNH.

You can also get animal crossing new horizons physical copy on the nintendo website. I ordered one today and it is coming in a few days.

Managed to snag one with Currys I think (received both the 'processing' and 'order acknowledgment'. Made an account afterwards using the same email that I'd bought with but no orders are showing up for the account. Anybody any ideas or is that just usual because it was before the account existed?

Same for me. I just assumed it is because the account is made after the original order. I'm just hoping that the tracking number email shows up by sometime tomorrow, then I will uncross my fingers.

I received my dispatch email at 5pm today. I made the order just before 12pm. Which delivery option did you choose? I chose next day delivery so I think it’s dispatched a lot faster. X

I didn't even realise there was a next day, all I seen was free delivery, but surely if you ordered and they had limited stock they'd surely send it the same day after all it's a beer £300 item.

I bought one ftom currys yesterday, had my conformation email straight after then a processing email after that then nothing? Money has gone from my bank account, i hve tried to ring & do web chat but can't get through to them, so it's fingers crossed waiting for dispatch letter

That was the same for me (except it was showing up that a cancellation had been requested on the website)... Eventually got a dispatch email this morning so maybe they're just prioritising the orders that chose a specific delivery? Or their system is having issues, understandably! Hope it all goes well for you

ordered around 11.30 this morning, got a confirmation and a 'we're processing your order' email... have had nothing since so needless to say i'm a bit frustrated!

I ordered at 18.27 today got an email straight away another email to say it was being processed 5 mins later than another email 1 hour later from dpd saying it will be delivered tomorrow

Just an update, it's back to showing as order confirmed... So hopefully it was just an error on their end. Had no other correspondence so keeping fingers crossed it arrives next week ⊙﹏⊙
