Just to let folk know that I managed to get a switch from Argos after finding out about stock informer. Had been looking for months to no avail and then after checking out stock informer got one after a week. Very chuffed. I live in Glasgow.

Thanks Stock Informer - we are hoping to collect one on Sunday as a result of getting your alert first thing this morning. We have only used this site for four days and have had several stock updates since then. If Argos doesn't provide for any reason, we'll be back! 😉

Got your notification this morning so ordered one for local pick up allegedly on the 9th (Monday). Have heard of such orders being cancelled so not holding my breath. If it works out I'll try and comment again to confirm.

Some of the stores it is saying stock is available at are Argos stores not Argos Sainsbury Collection points... but Argos stores are currently closed and not appearing on the website to order from? I'm confused how it says there is stock there that then goes out of stock if the stores are not even open?

Woke up yesterday to some emails from stock informer saying argos had stock. Ordered. Got the confirmation for a pick up on Sunday. Got a message from Argos today and collected it!! SO HAPPY. Stock informer rocks. Tips - register/setup accounts on all the selling platforms listed to speed up the checkout process. Thank you stock informer!

Argos had a MASSIVE restock between 1-2am this morning !!! Was so glad to finally get hold of one as I had been trying for a couple of days when John Lewis had stock but they ran out in minutes, added the £2 accidental damage as I had issues with my Switch Lite which I am returning and swapping for this so only paying about £60 extra with Nectar points subsidising 👍 Thank you ever so much Stock Informer, now I just got to try and transfer Raymond to my GF's switch before rebuilding my Animal Crossing Village from scratch, happy days !! Stay Safe people 😍 Can't wait to collect on Father's Day 🤣

I paid online and it was set to be ready for Sunday 21st but I got the txt today that it was ready to collect so happy days, don't think you can reserve and pay in store anymore from what I've read, hope you manage to get one !!!

This happened to me as well. And they charged my card even thought it said you are not being charged for these items. They’ve taken my money but my order never went through.

I've just gotten off a customer service call and they said to sadly not try anymore, that this item won't be able to be bought as a click and collect. There's a limited stock and high traffic and it's causing that glitch to happen.
