I can remember sorry. I think it was within a couple of days of the order. I wouldn't worry. If you have one ordered you will receive. There is no rhyme or reason behind when peoples orders are shipped and it doesn't matter at what time you placed the order on the day of the 9th.

Ok at-least I’m not alone. You would think “dispatch” means RM has it. Apparently Very and me have two different definitions for the word.

That email is most likely automated though, as its been a week since we ordered. Wouldn't read into that too much, let's hope orders for 9th are done and they start processing ones ordered in the 10th shortly

Richieboy, i am 100% sure it's automated, i was worried they didnt have the console yet but this e-mail indicates that its just high volume of deliveries and not enough staff.

Yeh let's hope so, its taken them a week to even get through orders from the 9th with maybe more to go. Just time consuming at their end I guess

Bit frustrating when it says dispatched and then says Tracked 24! You’d expect it to be guaranteed today! Could have ordered from Amazon today without a bundle and got it delivered tomorrow, whereas Very have taken over a week!

Ahh sorry to hear. Yeah you would think they’d have arrived at RM together if they were “dispatched” from very yday. Believe I was close to getting one from Amazon this morning. Had it in basket and everything so knew I could secure it. Something just told me getting a refund from Very would have been more hassle than it’s worth though!

No one knows for sure, could be ready to ship soon or I've even heard others say that any ordered 10th were actually pre-orders...and may take longer. Time will tell I guess.

Hi, you keep asking this every day. Most of the people here have ordered either on the 9th or 10th Nov, the ones on the 9th should be with the Royal mail now and be out for delivery in the following days. The rest of us are waiting on Very to be stocked by Sony, honestly this could take weeks as per Very cautious email yesterday and the provisional delivery date. I guess that our orders will be done either over the weekend or next week and we will get them the following week. Good news is we have all purchased one and realistically we will get them before Christmas, so it's just a case of waiting patiently now.

Its not about what date you ordered. Its about what date its says processing at supplier since these are drop shipped and dont come from very direct.

Don't think it matters what time you ordered, it seems they are being sent in any order (they prob have a pile printed out and just working through them)

So it is even more messed up. Some people who ordered 10th already got theirs (I didn't) and some people from 9th like You are still waiting... It shouldn't be legal to take order if You do not have item in stock. I had like 5-6 other opportunities to buy PS5 but hey Very decided it is good to charge people upfront instead right before despatch.

I can only assume they're pushed staff wise or waiting for a delivery. Either way very frustrating waiting when other who have ordered through other companies got theirs next day. Im not necessarily in a rush as its for Christmas but i want that peace of mind that i actually have one for my boys. Especially as i have a couple of games ready 😔

I imagine they're printing postal labels and awaiting a royal mail collection. The instant a label prints it goes to shipped. Shouldn't be long though. Its a 24 hour service
