Please DO NOT rely on receiving a stock alert alert. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.

PLEASE NOTE that ordering an Xbox X on the AO.com website can be very temperamental even if stock is showing. Some users have had success calling up if the stock shows. For this reason, we won't always be sending our normal stock alerts.

Back in stock on AO, I just called them to make sure my order gone through for the console only, and it has! It arrives tomorrow. I am so thrilled to have been able to get one for my husband, for Christmas

trust me, its fun for the forum but when the whole point is to notify you when more stock comes out and it doesnt, it defeats the point of the website

The problem is, by the time the alerts have been issued, the stock has gone! They can't keep up with the demand. I don't recall it being this difficult to lay my hands on the Xbox One, when the first came out!

Email to say it’s coming tomorrow, fingers crossed I’ll be waiting by the door!! The app wouldn’t work when I was trying to order but managed to get it on the computer just for future reference for all those still trying

I ordered an X from AO on 22nd Sept. had a delivery date of 11th Nov. They phoned on 12th to say it was delayed, and didnt know when it would be in Still not arrived, just spoke to them on the phone (for the nth time) and they still have no idea when they will be able to supply it So they basically took my money for 2 months without any hope of ever makign good on the purchase. I have now cancelled my order and will not use them again. Howeverr i managed to order an X from Very on 17th Nov and got it on 5th Dec so i got sorted and its all thanks to Stock Informer!!
