So I rang up Very and after the automated voice recorder thing wouldn't pick up what I was saying I got through to someone. Asked about my order from the 7th of December. They said check everyday to see and they refunded me my delivery fee

I bought an xbox series x on the 7th and and as of today it still says its being processed. The estimated delivery date is the 24th which is quite frustrating as this is a Christmas present - I was only able to get the console this week

Ordered on 7th December console and just got confirmation being delivered tomorrow , after a year of waiting and spending the cash I saved . as I had the cash couldn’t buy as France went in to lockdown (where I live) they had the console Right there in front of me but wouldn’t take my cash so annoying but joined the telegram group and the next morning got mine ordered on cr*dit with nothing to pay for 12months absolutely over the moon thank you guys

i ordered 5. 1 console and 4 halo bundles, the console and 2 halo bundles came today and the others are still pending. we also had a forza bundle delivered today from the last drop on the 7/11 so theyre probably just waiting for more stock

They should have just sold the stock they had and then sold more when they got in the second batch in a couple of weeks. I dont know how they can charge me the full amount when they are sold out again easentially.

I received my halo Infinite Xbox Series X bundle yesterday. It was ordered on the 9/11/21. Promised delivery was on or before 17/12/21. it was delivered 24 hours after showing as being packed on the tracker. I'm sure everyone will get theirs for Xmas , have a good one

Very strange with very, after webchat and a phonecall over another matter, i mentioned the Xbox series X, and when would i get mine? To be told we get them in date at anytime, so it depends on the supplier, last night out of the blue, console in stock, despatched for delivery today, did my phone call push this i wonder?

So just of the phone with them. They can't tell us when it will be delivered it's only an estimated time as the stock they did have is no longer available, so we were all able to order an item that they didnt actually have. They don't know if it will be back in for Christmas which is why our order status is stuck on processed. Basically been told I'll still pay for it but we don't know if youll receive it.

apparently it normal for them to do this. the website will let us order if its in stock but they have let more people order than amount of stock they have. They said i could either wait or cancel the order but there was nothing more they could do.

Loads of company’s do this / supreme have atleast 500k at all time floating around in refunds to people that couldn’t get but get charged it’s actually standard practice

received mine from very today, console only, ordered a few days ago and had expected date of 24th. Very happy, thanks stockinformer. Have to say though it was packaged very poorly, outer box was at least 2x the size of the xbox and no padding in the box, even just putting it away I could feel it sliding around the box, doesn't appear to be any damage so hopefully all okay, must be a shortage of shipping materials

I've rang for the second and last time and I'm not much further forward. They basically just kept repeating up to the 24th and if it's not arrived by then ring again, and parroting it is policy for up front payments on all products. They refused to say that there was no stock or that it went in batches, just it's not out of stock and its processing and it is expected on the 24th. They said anyone who got it before then is lucky and downplayed it as not the norm (even though from what I can gather all console only purchases got shipped) I mentioned what was said below about them over selling what stock they had and they denied that being the case but it could be the other caller was just more forth coming than who I had. To be honest they clearly have been given lines to take for this specifically , I dont think they have a clue how things are handled on Microsofts end as the supplier. I think they oversold and are just hoping to get a restock before the 24th so they don't have everyone refunding but aren't going to say that on the phone.

I literally got off the phone to them. They said 24th is the ‘promise’ date. Then shortly after said it could arrive earlier depending on Royal Mail and was provided tracking number. They aren’t going to make a commitment that it’ll arrive earlier than 24th but have assured it will be the 24th. I was told the tracking information should be visible on Royal Mail next week, so who knows. I purchased the Console with 3 month ultimate package on 9/11/21

I dont know what to believe lol, i was told the up front payment was just general policy and doesnt confirm anything and they couldnt make assurances it was just an estimate. I got nothing about royal mail or tracking numbers though which is interesting. Id assume youd not get tracking until its disparched so saying they will be up next week but also sticking to the 24th is strange.

Also shocking youve been waiting over a month and some people bought one the 7th this month and got it turned around the next day. Clearly they dont have any queue system and its just completely random how they send stuff out.

UPDATE: so as my earlier comment mentioned I phoned Very earlier today, and coincidentally my Xbox is being shipped now for delivery! Someone else said the same thing, that coincidentally after calling the same night it was being dispatched! Lol

Ordered mine on 9th dec, I called up earlier to get more detail, they said 24th is prime date but then said it could be dispatched earlier but not guarantee it. Coincidentally about hour ago an email from very saying Xbox being dispatched! So there is a possibility

I don't like Telegram - removed it years ago... but re-downloaded and set up Stock Informer with notifications - after months failing by other means I got my pride and joy on the first attempt (.very)! I recommend the Telegram/Notify route! FIRST THING TO DO PEOPLE when you get you new baby - Check out the Matrix Awakens Unreal 5 technical demo - you'll see what an amazing console you just bought!!

Summary: ordered my Xbox series X with 3 month ultimate on 7th December. Estimated date on or before 24th. Someone else said they called very asking for more details, and coincidentally they had a dispatch email the same night. so thought why not do the same, this phone call was this morning, and coincidentally I too have a dispatch email and it will arrive first thing tomorrow (11th Dec). Could just be coincidence, but there is possibility they could arrive before 24th

I think they are just going through the game pass bundle stock is next in the queue. After the console only seems thats what's been getting shipped. I've rang a couple of times my controller bundle is still sat in processing.

I managed to order an Xbox Series X for my son from Very, with Halo Infinite for £505, in November via this site's updates (thanks a lot Stock Informer you are amazing!!!), Given a delivery date of 13th Dec. We were slightly skeptical that it would arrive but we were given updates regularly that the order was still ok, and the console was delivered a whole week before that date. In fact we got it exactly on the release date of Halo Infinite. It all works perfectly, and we are selling the boxed game on Ebay at the moment (up to £45 so far) as we have the game as part of Xbox Gamepass. Can't recommend Stock Informer highly enough thanks a lot, my son is very happy!!!

I got mine within 4 days with the 3 month pass, 9th Dec, arrived 11th. Despite a 24th estimated date. Doesn’t seem to be consistency across the board with orders. Those with bundles with games and controllers seem to take longer.. Posted this above - Royal Mail used with 24hr delivery. I got notified 11pm on a Friday, to say a Saturday morning delivery. Meanwhile Very site was processing on the Friday so there isn’t much between processing and the delivery lol

I ordered the bundle with the Elite controller on the 7th Dec. Has anyone with this bundle had theirs shipped yet? Mines still processing. The bundle cost £613, however only £551 has been taken out of my bank account, I used PayPal which says the whole payment was sucessful.. very strange... will probably just call them later.

Phoned up this morning - they said the supplier will be working their way through the list of orders and that I can be assured it will arrive on or before the 24th Dec. I was actually quite late in ordering mine in the small window Very had availability so I wonder if what they're saying is actually truthful. They had been available for a good hour or so before I put my order in - I checked again after I made my order and they were sold out.

So yeah be prepeared for loads of people praising Very for the quick turn around like the bloke aboves been doing all week while we stay stuck in proccessing from the last stock drop lmao.

I've seen in other places that people who ordered bundles previously received theirs before console only orders. Honestly, I think it's just a lottery - just have to be patient, trust the delivery date is accurate and receiving it before is a bonus.

It could be a lottery but there seems to be a consistancy that console only and console with gamepass (which tbh i dont really class as a bundle since all they need is the code along the console) is all thats been shipped for the 7th orders. There seems to defo be a specific order they are doing it even though they wouldnt admit it on the phone.
