IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.

Ive check online today and store collections are vaalible from Ashford, Bristol, Charlton, Crayford, Farnborough, Rayleigh Weir and Thurrock, Unfortunately none of these near me in Galsgow Sad

Ipswich Smyths are about as helpful as a chocolae teapot when you ring Sad although right now a chocolate teapot would be nice Big Grin ... They've taken my number, but you know when they are saying they're but you get the feeling they are just trying to get you off the phone..yeah that!

we have an hours drive to get there, but they are saying under no circumstances will they hold till we get there Sad Hatchimals last year, LOL dolls this year....oh when will it end....??

I went to symths in Ipswich last week. When I called they told me they couldnt hold any. I said I live an hour away and they said it would probably be best to call just before leaving. I rang when I was on the way they told me they still had some in stock but couldn't tell me how many, but I managed to go there and get One, they aren't on the shelf they are behind customer service desk.

I got one from Ipswich Smyths yesterday! Same as everyone else is saying though, they wouldn’t hold one. Website was showing 1 in stock but they had 4 behind customer services desk. Good luck with pre order - they fulfilled the luvabella doll I preordered without any problem Smile

Are smiths just doing store collections. I'm on the page constantly refreshing and not once has it come up available. I'm even on the page when I then see on here they was available. Why us it this is the only toy my daughter wants for Xmas. It's starting to get upsetting now 😢😢

Problem is my husband is in the RAF and we are posted in Cyprus. There are no proper toy shops here and they do not sell lol in Cyprus full stop 😢. Nearest shop would be peterbough but that's still over an hours away from my family and no one can collect for us. It's so depressing. I need somewhere that will either deliver to my mum in uk or where my mum can collect locally as we won't be back for Xmas till Saturday before Xmas 😢😢

Just got one on pre-order hopefully, still waiting confirmation email. I wont relax until i pick it up as i know how these things can go so wrong! then ill be starting again but in November!!! that really will be a struggle!

Smyths only let you have one even if you have pre ordered more I ordered 2 but they said it's one per customer

The product page doesn't say anything about 1 per customer, so I would pull them up on it if you have pre-ordered 2

Well hopefully they will give me the two I did say to them this morning they should not be letting orders go through for more than 1 as Tesco are letting you have two if they ever have them in stock
