IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING

Please DO NOT rely on receiving an email or push notification alert to find you stock. We will send notifications on a case by case basis. It is pointless us sending thousands of notifications if a retailer only has a few units of stock which get snapped up almost immediately. Just leads to further frustration.
Please do not attempt to sell on this forum. There is another well known website for that. Offending posts will be deleted and user accounts suspended without notice.

I logged on to Smyths earlier today, and the pre order button was showing....so I pressed it and an error message came up saying it couldn't process my request as I could only pre-order one item. I was only asking for 1 LOL. Anyway, I then realised I had an item in my basket, which the website had remembered from last week when I had tried to pre order a Luvabella doll for my Grandaughter ...but it wouldn't let me complete my transaction as the item had sold out. So a word of warning.....make sure there is no other pre-order item in your basket or it will block your ability to put your LOL in the basket. Good luck everyone :0)

Cheltenham had a few in stock today at 3pm. Even though says out of stock on website. I had managed to pre order mine though. Although think its 1 per customer

Smyth's customer service have just told me even if you pre order two as demand is high you are unlikely to be given two.....great would of been helpful if they did not let you add two to your basket ...now need to get another one some how

It says on their pre-order help that the payment is taken 2-7 days before the item is available to collect, so surely they can't take payment for 2 and only let us have 1?

Yes! I had to order on a 2nd account as I have 2 girls and from what people have said I will only get 1 out of the 2 that I had previously pre ordered. But hopefully that is 2 pre ordered now!

it does not state that the item wont be available till the 15th December. You will probably receive it way before then.Its saying that you will get it before the 15th December baring in mind that christmas will not be to far away by then.

places alwyas get more allocation during november and december. Suppy and demand. There will still be shortages. The supplyer probably wants to know how many to make for customers. They will be sent out in batches meaning there is supply issues as they cant even give a date.

its made in China. shipping takes 6-8 weeks weather depending. they would have made these in the early summer. not to mention packaging printing times etc.

depends how supplier will be sending them. air freight is very expensive. hence why products go in water
