It’s actually £2.02 cheaper than buying the items separately! They are bundling the Xbox Elite controller that costs £159.99 and the game that costs £47.99 on the price of the console at £449.99.

Regional Stock - different shops will add their stock at different times, so keep checking back to see if your local shops have added theirs's to the system.

Had one this morning paid and had email confirmation. Within half an hour got a cancellation email. Spoke to Argos and they told me my order was still live and the email must have been an error. Got another cancellation email this afternoon but it's still showing as ordered when I log into my account. God knows whats happening. Have to wait and see if money goes back I'm or if I get the text to collect it. Bit of a nightmare consider it cost £210 more
