Both last night and first thing this morning the site said there was a few places around me (Glasgow) in stock, tried several times able to add to basket but wouldn't work at checkout. All hopes up and ruined! Nightmare. Wishing I had just bought the 660 bundle at this rate.

Same same, very little Argos stock seems to make its way north. This whole experience is really turning my boys, and myself away from gaming. Not fun at al.

Should be one coming back in Woking as just cancelled order. Bought for a friend as they're looking but they didn't want bundle..shame as bought elite controller day before for my son's birthday..anyway, order cancelled so s/b one floating around

This was sadly out of stock when the alert came through but I know of someone who got stock by checking on the Argos website directly around 7am each morning. The stock hit Argos around 7am twice this week now. Good luck.

Have just ordered one, supposedly for collection from Monday. Would be happy but I was in this position 6 weeks ago and it never arrived in store so they ended up cancelling it. Fingers crossed this time it actually arrives!

I collected mine today from the 1/11 alert !! When I got to store they said they couldn't find it at first- then they found it so now will have happy grandson- thank you so much!!!!

It’s not overpriced if you calculate the price of the items that make up the bundle. It’s more a case of whether you want the Elite controller and Forza Horizon 5?

I've just returned a console bundle £659 to eldon square Newcastle upon tyne branch as my very bundle which was cheaper has just been delivered if anyone is still trying to get one.

just been hovering on the argos site with xbox in basket no stock when i realised page had refreshed and it was saying one for collection. hadnt logged in and when i did, it was out of stock. So stayed logged in and waited another 30mins and it popped back up. hoping it not a glitch but i have a confirmed order and ref for collection. saw a report that argos was getting some restocks in stores maybe this was the case and i will have be collecting one soon 
heres hoping.

It says on the Argos website that it is excluded. I think it’s the hassle of restocking such a high demand item.

Argos have stock with the Forza bundle and an extra controller. Just ordered one, delivery due on Sunday 12th.

First of all thanks to stock informer - I have an XBOX series X But Argos, not so much. I managed to get last week and picked it up yesterday. It was the bundle with controller and forza. I thought it would have been bundled together in a presentation box meaning it couldn't be split. But all they have done is put 3 separate items in a box, they could have just sold the console separate. Had to get it for kid's Xmas, but disappointed that they seem to be making a fast buck.

I bought an X Box bundle from Game last December and that was also packaged as separate items. Presentation boxes might be a nice idea, but somewhat impratical.

By chance just checked my local Argos store for a stand alone Xbox series X console and by luck they had stock in. Had been checking this morning and no joy. May be worth just checking every so often over the next few days and units may slowly trickle out.

Hi, I’ve managed to reserve a series x after nearly a year of looking, it said it would be due into the store from 10am today. I’ve still not had word that it is there to be collected yet. Has anyone else had this? I was given the order and collection number when I placed the order, so it’s just a waiting game for getting the notification, I’m just hoping it hasn’t been an error and that the stock doesn’t arrive
